We are located in the high desert of the Morongo Basin just north of Palm Springs in the small town of Morongo Valley. Our ranch is backed up to the Morongo Big Horn Sheep Preserve with endless miles of hilltop and riverbed trails that lead into Joshua Tree National Park. The area boosts many beautiful native plants and animals that inhabit the high desert as well as the friendly nature of a small town.
We moved to our location in 2003 to follow our dreams of sharing the love of horses and horse training with others. After many long hours, we have begun the transformation of our property into a full service training facility. Our biggest project to date is our 150' x 300' arena, which was a massive undertaking. You can view pictures of the transformation by clicking here.
Future projects include a natural trail course that horse and rider can practice before going out on trail. the trail course will include many natural items that you will encounter on your desert ride, including several types of cactus!
Another upcoming project is a stream crossing and walking up a stream. I know what many of you are thinking, "a stream in the desert" but actually during different times in our season you can experience streams. Really the idea is when you travel to other areas your horse can feel comfortable around water. It is also "reality check" when included in a horse show. For more information contact us.
